My first project I started with PIC Microcontrollers was a Zapper, researched by the late dr Hulda Clark and her son, can be used to kill viruses and parasites in ones body.
The unit creates a 30kHz block signal, with the loop, 7 minutes on, 20 off, 7 on, 20 off and finally 7 minutes on. This will get rid of all intruders and more........

The Zapper, works on one 9V battery. The puls is created by a 555 timer chip. The automation and battery check is done by a PIC16F689 microcontroller.
